automation.
Every business owner knows that warehouses are expensive to operate. According to a 2018 U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics report, a typical warehouse costs more than $3.7 million in labor expenses annually. While the ultimate goal of warehouse automation was to lower operating expenses, a more pressing issue was uncovered during the COVID-19 pandemic:
The global labor shortage has become an existential threat to businesses down and upstream of the supply chain. While the unemployment rate in Central and Eastern Europe is significantly lower than the EU average, job vacancies remain permanently high in the sector. This is due to the decades-long population decline, aging labor force, and the "brain drain" from EU's developed countries.
We help midsized businesses find the right solution for their automation needs.
Even in increasingly unpredictable markets, people still expect instant fulfillment. As a result, business owners must deliver more value for their customers in the e-commerce, warehousing, distribution and manufacturing sectors.
